Pinamalita ni Eunice sa nanay niyang si Maita ang pending na pagbabalik ni Jodi sa bahay. Alalang-alala si Eunice. Pero huwag daw siyang mag-alala, sabi ni Maita, dahil sisiguraduhin niyang hindi magtatagal si Jodi sa bahay…
Meanwhile, on the way na sina Jodi at Cholo, nakasakay sila sa kotse. Panay ang pakikipag-holding hands ni Cholo kay Jodi, dahil nami-miss na raw niya ito.

Sa loob ng bahay, nagkahawak ng kamay sina Jodi at ang tatay niya. Nagkaiyakan silang dalawa. “Jodi…Jodi, ikaw ba yan?”, sabi ng tatay. Sabi naman ni Jodi, “Daddy!”. Nagyakapan uli sila at nagkaiyakan.
Dumating naman si Maita, lumuluha rin. (Ows???) Kinausap si Jodi.
Maita: Jodi! Sabi ko na nga ba! Nung unang nakita ko siya, alam ko na aagad na siya si Jodi.
Nandun din ang nanay ni Cholo na si Sol. Umiiyak din siya.
Sol: Jodi! Sorry kung hindi kaagad ako naniwala…
Tatay: Okay lang yun, dahil si Cholo mismo ay hindi naniwala nung una. (Kinausap si Jodi.) Ang tagal mong sabihin kasi na ikaw si Jodi eh.
Niyakap ni Maita si Jodi, pero pumalag si Jodi. Galit pa rin si Jodi at masama ang tingin kay Maita.
Biglang bumaba naman ng hagdan si Eunice, umiiyak at mukhang maglalayas na, dala ang kanyang mga bagahe. Kinausap ni Eunice si Jodi.
Eunice: Ngayong dumating ka na, aalis na ako rito!
Sol: Di ka ba natutuwa kay Jodi??
Eunice: Hirap na hirap na ako! Ayoko nang makipagkumpetensya. Alam na natin na mahal na mahal ni Cholo si Jodi. Pero ngayong nagbalik na siya rito, wala na akong halaga sa bahay na ito!
Then kinuwento ni Eunice na tumawag daw ang kasintahan ni Jodi sa cellphone niya at sinabing pabayaan daw niya si Jodi or else papatayin si Eunice.

Nakialam na si Cholo at sinabing tuloy daw ang engagement nila ni Eunice, kaya pabayaan na raw nilang lahat si Jodi para makapagpahinga na siya. (Apparently, sinabi ito ni Cholo para lang tantanan na nila si Jodi.) Then nagpaalam na si Cholo sa kanila at lumabas na ng bahay para umalis.
Pero sa labas ng bahay, hinabol ni Eunice si Cholo at tinangkang pigilan siya sa pag-alis. Apparently, desperado na si Eunice sa pag-ibig ni Cholo. So nagtanong si Eunice kung totoo nga ba ang sinabi ni Cholo kanina sa bahay na matutuloy ang kanilang engagement. Pero medyo nag-change topic si Cholo at inutusang alagaan daw ni Eunice si Jodi. Nagtanong naman si Eunice kay Cholo kung mahal ba siya, pero hindi sinagot ni Cholo ang tanong at sumakay na ng kotse para umalis. Iniwan doon si Eunice na luhaan.
Sa loob naman ng bahay, masayang pinakita ng tatay kay Jodi ang kanyang magiging kuwarto. Pumasok din si Maita sa kuwarto at sinabing aasikasuhin daw niya si Jodi at siya na raw ang bahala. Lumabas na ang tatay ni Jodi sa kuwarto.
Then nung dalawa na lang sila nina Maita at Jodi sa kuwarto, biglang nag-switch si Maita into maldita mode. Tinanong niya si Jodi kung bakit di niya sinama si Tristan, at nagsuspechang may pinaplano daw si Jodi. Sinabi ni Jodi na hindi na raw siya natatakot sa mga banta ni Maita. Pero sumagot si Maita na kung ganoon ay wala na raw thrill dahil di na natatakot si Jodi. Pero lumaban talaga si Jodi kay Maita at sabay pinalayas niya si Maita sa kanyang kuwarto. Naasar si Maita, kaya nagtaray na siya at nanghagilap ng unan at binato ito sa batok ni Jodi habang nakatalikod, sabay sinabi kay Jodi na “Bangungutin ka sana!”.
Paglabas ni Maita ng kuwarto ni Jodi, tinanong siya ng tatay ni Jodi. Biglang hinimatay na naman nang sandali si Maita. (Pero obvious na na nagpapanggap si Maita.) Nung “nahimasmasan” na uli si Maita, sinabi niya sa tatay ni Jodi na dalhin daw siya sa kuwarto niya dahil nahihilo daw siya. Then “hinimatay” na naman si Maita.
Meanwhile, sa loob ng kuwarto, nakita ni Jodi ang mga dating paintings ni Tristan. Naalala ni Jodi ang mga moments nila ni Tristan nung bata pa sila. (Tumugtog na ang acoustic song na Cheongukui Ki-eok ni Jang Jung Woo.) Naalala niya yung mga times na nape-paint si Tristan noon, tsaka yung time na nagpalipad ng paper plane si Jodi sa terrace, na siyang napulot naman ni Tristan.
