Binasa ito ni Eunice, “‘Ang natatanging scarf sa buong mundo.’ Ang ganda ng tag line!”. Then pumasok sila sa loob ng shop, at pinagmasdan ang mga mamimili. Maraming bumibili ng scarf na may design ni Jodi.
At this point, tumutugtog na ang sad song na Bogoshipda.
Pinapanood lang ni Cholo ang mga mamimili, may nakita din siyang mga magsyota sa loob. Nami-miss ni Cholo ang mga ganung experience na kasama niya si Jodi. Hinawakan niya ang scarf nang mahigpit at nilapit ito sa pagitan ng kanyang ilong at bibig, as if halos mahalikan na niya ito. Then marami ang pumasok sa isipan ni Cholo.
Naalala ni Cholo ang nakaraan nila sa skating rink nung may amnesia pa si Jodi. Nagpapadulas sila sa yelo nung mga panahon na iyon. Then naalala niya ang sinabi ni Jodi tungkol sa isang red bonnet na baon ni Jodi: “…Wala itong katulad, nag-iisa lang ito sa buong mundo.” Naaalala din niya ang ginawa nila ni Jenna sa beach, nagbabatuhan ng boomerang. Naalala din ang mga moments nila ni Jodi sa carousel nung nakakaalala na siya, nung mga panahon na nakasuot silang dalawa pareho ng damit ng prinsesa’t prinsipe. Naalala ni Cholo na dine-deny niya si Jodi nung mga panahon na iyon. Naluha si Jodi pero hindi pa rin siya pinansin dati ni Cholo.
Then maya maya, biglang nag-ring ang cellphone ni Cholo. May nakausap siya at nakatawag-pansin sa pag-uusap nila. Bigla na lang siyang lumabas sa shop at iniwan si Eunice. Nakita siya ni Eunice: “Cholo! Cholo!”. Pero naiwan pa rin si Eunice.
Nalaglag ni Cholo ang cellphone niya nung paalis siya. Hinawakan naman ito ni Eunice.
Umaandar ang van ni Tristan papunta sa beach. Gabi na nung mga oras na yon. Apparently, si Tristan ang kumausap kay Cholo sa cellphone. Hawak hawak ni Tristan ang kamay ni Jodi na hanggang ngayon ay natutulog pa rin. Then nagsalita si Tristan sa kanyang isip (apparently, ito ang mga sinabi niya kay Cholo sa cellphone):
“Cholo, kasama ko si Jodi…Kung mahal mo pa si Jodi, pumunta ka sa tabing-dagat…Ipangako mo sa akin na aalagaan mo siyang mabuti, huwag mong paiiyakin, dahil mahal ka niya.” Lumuluha na si Tristan.
Si Cholo naman, nagmamadaling pumunta sa beach. Matulin niyang pinatakbo ang kotse niya sa highway. Naalala niya nung time na hinimatay si Jodi sa loob ng mall nung nakakaalala na siya. Then naalala niya si Jodi na pilit lumalapit sa kanya para makausap siya: “Mag-usap tayo! Kailangan nating mag-usap!” … “Sana ako siya, sana ako si Jodi”. Pati yung time na nalasing si Jodi, naalala din niya. Matatandaan nyo na ayaw talagang paniwalaan ni Cholo si Jodi nung mga panahon na iyon. “Hindi, ako talaga si Jodi! Ako talaga si Jodi! Cholo, ako talaga si Jodi! Ako si Jodi!…”
Meanwhile, nakarating na si Tristan sa beach. Lumabas ng van si Tristan, pero iniwan niyang bukas ang pintuan ng van. Tinitingnan ni Tristan si Jodi na natutulog pa rin hanggang ngayon sa loob ng van.
