I’m talking about the Sunday replays of the Survivor series. Yung Sunday replays ang napapanood ko dahil may work ako every weekdays.
Grabe! Maraming twists sa Day 1 pa lang! Yung mga contestants, naabutan kong nakasakay kaagad sa boat, dala-dala lang nila ang clothes they’re already wearing, like what the castaways did in Survivor Pearl Islands. There are 20 castaways in all.
Umpisa pa lang ng laban, immunity challenge kaagad! The first challenge was a pure immunity challenge, and the second one is a combined reward-immunity challenge.
The first bootees after the first immunity challenge were not voted out via Tribal Council. Ang nangyari ay, nung nakasakay silang lahat sa iisang boat, binigyan sila ng challenge na kailangan nilang mag-unahan papunta sa isang island, which is not that far away pero considered malayo na kung lalanguyin. Sa island na iyon, merong flag ng Survivor Palau at meron ding dalawang immunity necklaces. The first man and woman who get those necklaces win a ten-minute immunity(!). So at the word go, nagsimula na silang magsagwan lahat papunta sa island. Yung iba sa kanila, pumuwesto na kaagad sa unahan ng boat para makababa kaagad sila sa island pag nakarating na doon ang boat. Pero dalawa sa kanila, isang babae at isang lalaki, ang tumalon papunta sa tubig. Akala nila ay mauunahan nila ang boat. Nagkamali pala sila! Naiwan tuloy sila ng boat. Then nung nakarating silang lahat sa island, nakuha nina Ian the bespectacled dolphin-trainer at Jolanda the lawyer ang kuwintas, so sila ang nakakuha ng immunity.
